Ralf Kolsen

Ralf is the Founder & Executive Director of XPROMA, GmbH & affiliated companies in Germany. XPROMA is a leading provider of products and services related to eCommerce packaging, postal/direct mail & logistics. Ralf has 25 years of global, cross-functional management expertise, most notably in sales and service. Most recently, as Head of Sales and Service Europe at Böwe AG, he restructured the European subsidiaries into profitable business units in his role as a member of the Executive Board and President. Ralf is an active member of several industry associations. In 2011, he founded his own sales and service company and has since developed XPROMA into a successful and profitable company and a strong brand in the processed markets.

Mark Winters

Mark is a self-directed and driven health care executive with leadership and successful exits in home/physician office infusion services, sterile products, and specialty pharmacy, home care, medical wholesale and contract research services. Mark has made key contributions in strategy, operations, and cross-functional team leadership to ensure the successful achievement of business goals. Known as an innovative thinker with strong product management, process improvement, compliance, technology, and manufacturing acumen, Mark has advised payer, provider and business leaders in complex, regulated organizations. He has enabled businesses to maximize growth and performance by implementing market segmentation, sales operations, and strategic partnerships. Mark is a highly organized, creative problem solver who excels at guiding teams through challenging projects, his expertise includes developing and managing multimillion-dollar startups, budgets, exits and advising C-level executives and board of directors.

Jim Clawson

Jim is the Founder, President, and CEO of Third Coast Chemicals and its affiliated companies. Jim is a seasoned executive with decades of experience in the chemicals management business. Third Coast Chemicals began in 2002 as a distributor of propylene glycols and the JEFFCOOL® brand of inhibited glycols. Over time, TCC broadened the range of products offered by adding other ethylene and propylene oxide derivatives and brake fluids. In 2016, the product offering expanded to include glycerin and food additives. In addition to Third Coast Chemicals, Jim established a number of affiliated companies including Acme Welding and Fabricating, Third Coast International, Third Coast International Qatar, Third Coast Analytical and Third Coast Terminals.

Third Coast Terminals is strategically located near petrochemical production facilities and the Port of Houston to enable Third Coast to deliver goods efficiently to customers.

Matthew G. Smith

Matthew Smith has served as the President of Instrumentation & Automation, Division of Relevant Solutions, LLC. since 2014. Previously he had been Director of Global Channels at Honeywell. He previously worked for Emerson, moving there from Siemens Westinghouse, where he managed the automation of new power plants. Mr. Smith has also served as an instrumentation and controls specialist at Koch Industries. Matthew began his career rebuilding instrumentation and valves at Fisher Rosemount. Mr. Smith serves on the Honeywell Joint Business Council and is a member of the Instrument Society of America. He is an active supporter of various faith-based and community-based activities. Mr. Smith graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Applied Technology.
